On Thursday, February 14, 2013, girls from Ezel Girl Scout Troop #1657 and Morgan Central Troop #1557 visited with residents at the West Liberty Nursing and Rehab Center. The girls from both troops voted to spend some of the money they raised from cookie sales to help bring some Valentine cheer to the residents. In addition to delivering handmade Valentine's cards, the girls purchased and delivered 50 carnations (one to each resident).
